Efficacy Brown Rice, Red Rice and Wild Rice



Rice is the most widely pakok food consumed in the world.And in Indonesia itself is the main food menu that is served at the time we eat .

Even in Indonesia , there is a saying that says , " if you have not eaten rice yet . " However , the staple food can also come from potatoes , wheat , potatoes , and other carbohydrate snacks .

There is nothing wrong of rice eating habits , according to a study in 2012 of researchers from Harvard , people who eat white rice more susceptible to type 2 diabetes are higher than they are more rare . Therefore, the researchers recommend to replace white rice with brown rice which is a whole grain with more fiber content , and can reduce the risk of diabetes .

There are many varieties of rice that have similar benefits and can be tried , among others, black rice , brown rice and even wild . Here are the benefits of all three .

1 . The red rice


Brown rice is also known as purple rice or black rice . According to a study , brown rice contains higher levels of antioxidants than blueberries or broccoli .

Brown rice is rice that contains a gene that produces aleuronnya anthocyanin which is a source of red or purple . When compared with white rice , brown rice carbohydrate content is lower , but according to research , the value of the energy produced brown rice instead of white rice on top . 2 . Paddy wild
